Refunds & Returns
As a made-to-order, zero-inventory brand committed to sustainability, we create each product specifically for you after your order is placed. Due to this process, we are unable to offer refunds or returns.
 

Exchanges
We can offer an exchange for a product of the same value, provided the item is unused and in perfect condition.

How to Request an Exchange:

• You must request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your product.

• Email us at yogimoksh.om@gmail.com with your request. Our team will review your claim within 3 business days.

• Once your exchange is approved, you will be responsible for the courier charges. We offer two options for shipping the item back to us:

• Paid Reverse Pickup: We can arrange a reverse pickup for ₹100 per 500 grams, subject to availability in your PIN code.

• Self-Shipping: You can ship the product back to us using any courier service of your choice. Please provide us with the tracking details. Once we receive the item, we will ship the new product to you at no additional cost.

Please note, if you need to exchange an item for a second or third time, you will be responsible for all shipping costs (both ways).

Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to product unavailability or if the delivery PIN code is not serviceable. For any prepaid orders that are canceled, the refund will be credited to your account within 2-3 business days.
 

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Our COD services are available on select products and locations. Please be aware of the following conditions for all COD orders:

Payment: We require a 20% upfront payment to secure your COD order. This amount is non-refundable if the order is not accepted upon delivery.

Cancellation: We may cancel COD orders for reasons including, but not limited to:

• An incomplete or unverified address.

• The order includes plus sizes (larger than XL).

• The order value exceeds our dynamic upper limit for COD.

• You have a history of refusing COD orders.

• High-value orders, customized products, and plus-sized items are not available for COD.
