• Delays: Timelines provided are approximate, and delays are possible. Delays will not be a reason for a refund.

• Gemstones: You can get a gemstone tested at a government-approved lab. If you return a gemstone with an open seal, we may deduct a fee of Rs. 350 to Rs. 1500.

• Prepaid Orders: If you cancel a prepaid order after it has been dispatched, we will deduct a charge of Rs. 200 from your refund.

• Phone Consultations: No refunds will be issued for a phone consultation once the call has been connected.

• Refund Deductions: Any refunds will be processed after deducting transaction fees, shipping costs, and any other charges we incurred. For duplicate payments on the same order, the extra payments will be fully refunded.

• Returned Items: For any returned parcel, a courier fee of Rs. 200 will be deducted. For a returned charged bracelet, courier and charging fees will be deducted.

9. Course Conditions

By purchasing a course from Yogimoksh, you agree to the following:

• You cannot resell any of our courses.

• You cannot copy the content of our courses.

• You are not allowed to teach the same courses we offer.

If we find that you have copied our content or are teaching our courses, we reserve the right to take legal action against you.
